Edge does not buy or process milk. Our farmers establish their own marketing agreements with more than 30 privately owned dairy processors who have dairy plants throughout the Midwest.

In addition to being an integral part of the success of Edge’s farmer members, many of these processors strengthen the organization overall by being corporate supporters.
