The Voice of Milk

I’m excited to share we officially launched the “Voice of Milk” - the new umbrella brand of Edge Dairy Farmer Cooperative, Dairy Business Association and Minnesota Milk Producers Association. At our core, our three dairy organizations are aligned in our goal to advocate for our members, working on federal and state policy in Minnesota and Wisconsin. By bringing us under this umbrella brand, we will maintain each organization's independence while demonstrating our collaborative efforts to amplify the voice of dairy farmers across the Midwest. 

As a multi-state collaboration of independent dairy organizations, the Voice of Milk is committed to amplifying the voice of dairy farmers — the voice of milk — throughout local communities, in Congress and within the dairy supply chain to ensure a prosperous future for dairy farm families and their allied businesses. 

While we have created the Voice of Milk to show our collective strength, it is important to note this is not a merger or acquisition. Each organization will maintain its own individual brand, organization and leadership structure. Our commitment to giving our members a voice remains the same and is stronger than ever. 

Dairy farmers are continuing to face challenges and pressures from many directions, and each one of our organizations plays a critical role in helping farmers and their families overcome challenges. That’s why we will continue to advocate together for sensible, scientifically sound and sustainable policies and regulations at the local, state and federal levels. 

Together, with the strength of over 1,400+ dairy farmers and industry supporters, we have a more powerful voice, advocating for our dairy farmer members across all three organizations. 

We’re energized by this launch of the Voice of Milk and look forward to the benefits it will bring to strengthen all organizations and enhance our efforts as we strive to make an even greater impact on policies affecting the dairy community.
