Edge Dairy Farmer Cooperative will once again offer $10,000 in secondary education scholarships to its membership. Edge is proud to award the children of its members who exemplify the voice of milk through their education, career aspirations and future goals.

 

Scholarships are due April 18, 2025.

Dairy Market Report for April 11

Welcome back to our Dairy Market Report! We partner with Ever.Ag to bring you highlights of recent dairy market activities, as well as a summary of key market indicators.

 

The Trump Administration paused reciprocal tariffs over 10% for 90 days on all nations except China. As of Friday, US tariffs on China sat at 145%, while China retaliated with 125% tariff on US goods. The largest concerns for US agriculture: whey and soybeans. In 2024, the US exported 18% of its whey production and 28% of WPC to China. China purchased 21% of US soybean production in the 2023-24 marketing year.
