Annual Dairy Strong conference sets dates for 2026

Dairy Business Association announced today that the annual Dairy Strong conference will return to Green Bay on Jan 14-15 for the 2026 event. The conference, to be held at the KI Convention Center, will focus on how the dairy community continues to lead with purpose—one person, one policy and one farm at a time. UW–River Falls announces four faculty fellowships funded by state-sponsored Dairy Innovation Hub

Van Orden asks Ag Secretary to address milk labeling issues

A Wisconsin Congressman has asked Ag Secretary Brooke Rollins to address milk labeling issues. Third District Republican Derrick Van Orden says milk substitutes made from things like almonds and oats are not milk according to USDA’s own definition, and they shouldn’t be called milk.
