Edge Dairy Farmer Cooperative, the second largest dairy cooperative in the country based on milk volume, celebrates the unanimous passage of the Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act (S. 222) in the U.S. Senate.

Milk production rose again in October. USDA’s National Agriculture Statistics Service says the twenty-four major milk producing states saw production climb 3.9 percent over October of 2024 to 18.7 billion pounds.
